Who is V-Ignite Global and where are you based?

We’re a Sri Lankan-based cloud accounting firm with a dedicated focus on Australian small businesses and firms. We work Australian hours, follow Australian compliance, and operate like part of your team.

Are you a Xero-certified team?

Yes. We’re a Xero Silver Partner, and our entire team is trained specifically for Xero and Australian bookkeeping.

Do you offer lock-in contracts?

No. We work on a pay-as-you-go model. You can start small—even just an hour a week—and scale up or down anytime.

For Small Business Owners

I already have Xero. Can you take over my existing books?

Yes, we can pick up from where your last bookkeeper left off. We also clean up historical data if needed.

Do you handle payroll and BAS?

Yes. We assist with payroll processing, super tracking, and preparing your books for BAS lodgement.

How do I receive updates? We send weekly updates and monthly reports. You’ll always know what’s happening in your books.

For Accounting Firms

How does white-label bookkeeping work?

We deliver under your brand, use your tools (e.g., ClickUp, Slack, Loom), and follow your internal processes. Your clients won’t even know we exist unless you want them to.

How do you track hours and billing?

We track time by client and task using detailed logs and only charge for actual hours worked. No minimums or overages.

Can I test with one client first?

Absolutely. Many of our firm partners start with one or two clients, then scale as trust builds.

How do you ensure data security?

We use secure cloud platforms like Xero, Dext, and Google Workspace with access controls. We sign NDAs and follow best practices for data protection.

Which communication tools do you use?

We’re flexible. We use Slack, ClickUp, WhatsApp, email, or any system you prefer to ensure smooth collaboration.
